The Down’s Syndrome Association (DSA) is the only nationwide charity supporting people who have Down’s syndrome, their families and the supporters and professionals who work with them, throughout every aspect of their lives, from birth to old age. Our Wellbeing activities include:
- DSEngage (online). For people of all ages who have Down’s syndrome. A regular programme of dance classes, discos and workouts, as well as special events. https://www.downs-syndrome.org.uk/our-work/services-projects/dsengage/
- DSActive (locations nationwide). For people who have Down’s syndrome of various age groups. A network of partner organisations supported to enable the successful participation and inclusion of children and adults who have Down’s syndrome in recreational, leisure and sporting activities. - Wellbeing Wednesday (10-10.30am, online). For family carers of people who have Down’s syndrome.
