It is completely independent and assists thousands of individuals, some with very complicated circumstances, by managing their day-to-day finances and working alongside the people who also support them such as carers, social workers and other professionals. Its independence enables it to avoid conflicts of interest when undertaking its fiduciary responsibility to act in the best interest of its clients.
