The Mental Health Single Point of Access provides a single entry point for referrals to secondary mental health services and support in a mental health crisis in the boroughs of Hounslow, Hammersmith and Fulham, and Ealing.
The Mental Health Single Point of Access team screen all referrals and, if required carry out assessments over the phone. This enables the team to find out how they can help and then use that information to signpost you to a service which can best meet your needs.
If you are in a mental health crisis you can speak to the Mental Health Single Point of Access at any time of the day. You do not need to be referred. The team also accept referrals from GPs and other health and social care professionals, as well as from people working in the housing, voluntary and charity sectors.
