We can also advise and represent Nearest Relatives.
All our services are undertaken on a legal aid basis, so the vast majority of our client’s do not pay for our services. With regards to appeals to the Mental Health Tribunal, legal aid is granted on a non means basis so there is a guarantee that patient’s do not have to pay.
