Into The Light is a not-for-profit organisation which provides support, counselling and resources to adults of all genders who have experienced sexual abuse, and those who support them.

A Ten Week Psycho-educational Course for Survivors of sexual abuse which is topic based and but also has plenty of time for sharing experiences and is facilitated by a professional counsellor. This is available through:

Training for counsellors to run the Into The Light Ten Week Psycho-educational Course which is recognized as an official training course by the ACC.
