Help Me Stop is a non-residential drug and alcohol treatment service delivering many of the same services that you could expect to receive in a residential drug and alcohol rehab but in an outpatient setting. This includes group and individual therapy, workshops and written assignments as well as an introduction to the 12-step model of recovery.
The six-week intensive programme can be accessed face-to-face or online. Three months of after-care are offered free of charge upon completion of the six-week programme, to help you navigate life in early recovery and remain drug and alcohol free.
Help Me Stop provides support for partners and loved ones through its family programme, with 2 of these sessions free of charge.
Help Me Stop also provides one-to-one counselling and psychotherapy face-to-face and online for a wide range of health and wellbeing needs including depression, anxiety, stress, relationship problems, bereavement, trauma, eating disorders, gambling, and sex addiction and much more.
