The individual placement and support (IPS) service is a team of employment specialists with experience of working with people who have had mental health issues. For those who feel ready to search for, apply for and take up paid work, the service helps people to do so as part of their journey to recovery.
Stable employment is a major factor in maintaining good mental health, and is an important outcome for recovery for people with a mental health problem. The service offers one-to-one support focusing on your CV and how to write a cover letter, job search and interview skills to help you find a job and continue your journey to wellness.
