Carers Network exists to reach and empower every unpaid carer in the City of Westminster, the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. It does this by helping carers lead healthy fulfilling lives, with a range of practical, personal and financial support, suited to their needs.
Carers Network delivers one-to-one assessments with carers, an information and advice service, support groups and drop-in sessions – along with events and activities.
