Carer Support Group - Long-Term Conditions (Hestia)

Description

A chance to meet other carers, share knowledge and get support from each other. The group is for anyone who looks after someone with a long-term condition including dementia, Parkinson’s Disease, M.S. or cancer.

Please note that Hestia Carers Support sessions will run online via Zoom until further notice – please contact Hestia for the Zoom link.
