The IA provides tailored services for adults, young and older people, providing information and advice on a wide range of issues such as education, citizenship, health, welfare, housing, immigration, volunteering, and culture. Current services include health awareness workshops, emotional support, translation/interpreting and cultural events. Over the last decades the IA has also supported over 5000 students to complete a wide range of courses at the centre.
