West London Works is a free, voluntary service, which aims to support you if you have a physical and/or mental health condition and would like to find meaningful employment. If you are in work but need some extra support we can also help you to stay in your current role. We also provide you with on-going, in-work support in both your new or existing role.
To be eligible for the programme, you must be:
• Over 18 years old
• Registered with a GP within Barnet, Brent, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Harrow, Hillingdon and Hounslow.
You can opt out of the service at any time, if you feel it is not right for you.
