The Open Minds Project (OMP) creates online and real world spaces for LGBTQ+ people with Punjabi or South Asian heritage to connect with each other.
We run regular groups in London, Birmingham and online. We also host other social events through the year.
Our groups are facilitated which means there is someone there helping people take part in the conversation and making sure that people feel comfortable. You don’t need to tell us any details about your LGBTQ+ identity if you are still working things out or if you want to keep things private.
