The Get Connected Plus project seeks to increase awareness of local support provisions and hard reduction tools through positive engagement. The main aim is to provide effective pathways into the range of treatment provisions offered, with a particular emphasis on supporting those living in the Hammersmith & Fulham Borough Mental Health Supported Housing accommodation; and in doing so, build social capital and improve mental wellbeing.
