Richmond Fellowship: H&F Employment and Wellbeing Service

Description

Our RF Service covers the London borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, and is available to registered individuals in primary care and secondary mental health care, regardless of their mental health condition. We receive referrals from GPs, Psychiatrists, counsellors, nurses, and many other healthcare & community partners. We also welcome and encourage self-referrals. We offer a variety of services including activity groups, workshops, structured programmes, employment support, signposting, community link and key-working sessions, peer support and befriending.

Who can access it

We are an adult-only service, so we provide support for anyone aged 18-years-old or over, with no upper-age limit. We accept referrals for any adult who is registered with a GP in Hammersmith and Fulham, who is experiencing a mental health challenge.

Building accessibility

Our office is at the basement level of the premises. However, this level can be accessed by a lift which is located within the GP Surgery above us. The GP Surgery has a permanent curved ramp fitted, for wheelchair and pram access.
